What do I need to qualify?
IMPORTANT: Prequalifying for a home loan does not guarantee the actual approval of a home loan. It is only on credit approval that you get a bond grant.

Once you have been prequalified, the process of applying for a home loan is instantly sped up because most of the work is already completed. Once we get an official offer from you, your application will be submitted to the banks, accompanied by your signed offer to purchase. The bank will run the application through their system to do a scoring, and then push out the scoring. This process may take as long as a day if all documents are submitted to us on time. However, even though we may get a response quickly, there’s still a possibility that it might not be the answer we’re looking for. Remember, prequalifying for a home loan does not guarantee the actual approval of a home loan, but history has shown that over 80% of prequalified applications are successful.
